TAKE ME BACK TO TODAY

25 December 2003, Thursday

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Ahhh, what's a christmas without the heat and nothing to watch on tele? I'm taking today to get over all the food we ate last night and trying not to touch any of the chocolates that are currently sitting chilled in my fridge. Today will be the first day i'm staying home and not leaving the house which i havent done in the last 6 weeks or so. I'm happy. I'm gonna sit in front of the tv and watch all the tapes of shows i have missed. I've got lots of catching up to do! Yesterday's Christmas Eve party was a blast. My free 8kg ham from work tasted delicious (thanks to Miss B for helping me glaze it on tuesday) and for the first time, we didnt overkill on the quantity. Now we have pea and ham soup to look forward to with the leftovers. I got a fold-out chair from the kringle dip which will come in handy this summer. I just wish Christmas Day could be ALOT cooler. That, or i have airconditioning in the house. That would make today perfect. SEE PARTY PHOTOS HERE.
