i finally used my 3-week old gym membership today. This month has been christened 'the Month of Frigg'in Bad Timmings' in my books. I ended up either missing out on buying important stuff (see: health insurance - 'cos i got sick that day...dammit!), or unable to use stuff i just bought (see: super expensive gym membership...dammit!). The doc said i'm not allowed to play any sports that involves balls but i'm allowed to walk so i checked out the gym this morning and its fancy-smacy equipments. Hopped on to the threadmill for 30 minutes and felt a little light headed after, but still good. I love my gym and all its glorious 17 big-screen tvs. Woo-hoo. Spent saturday hanging out with friends by the beach watching the sunset over coffees, before heading back into the city for some hot spicy indoneasian food. Mom and Dad leaves tuesday and i'm looking forward to not ever having to step into that Casino again for another couple of months. Phew.
