It was meant to be a non-existent birthday. But the secret leaked out when i received the sms meant for my mom, so from there, i knew of the conspiracy (*evil grin*) BUT pretended to be ignorant. It was still going to be somewhat surprising since i had no idea when that was gonna happen but dear dad had to cook too much rice for the night and it became clear to me we were having company over - plenty of them. I had to pretend i didnt know, and they had to pretend they knew i knew but am pretending not to know. It was all first class acting going on. Sorry guys to ruin the surprise but at least we did yell "SURPISE!" when Brenda walked in late. At least someone got some. My birthday cupcake cake was the ultimate surprise ... and i was just watching an old tape of Sex In The City that afternoon where Miranda was making these exact same frosted cupcakes. Of course Ericamerica was waaayy better at frosting these cakes. Loved it, loved it, loved it! On top of all that, i got money from mom and dad and a year's subscription of Cosmo from the posse.
