TAKE ME BACK TO THE START

24 May 2004, Monday

It's strange how on weekends where you have nothing planned, they always turn out to be the busiest ones. Despite getting woken up at 5am by my very noisy housemate and her boyfriend returning from a night of fishing, this weekend was surprisingly nice. A couple of stuff i did include watching a movie (Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind) that made me seasick, having a huge dim sum lunch where you watch your Aussie mates eat chicken's feet with alot of caution, tiramisu ice-cream at Il Gelato (why do we do this only in winter?), stopping by Perth's reality tv restaurant Room Nineteen (they were closed after lunch but i did talk to some guy at the door), a quick shop stop at Harbour Town, dropping by my friend Pat's Peacher store while she was having a photo shoot, and sunset coffee at a cool cafe called Soto. A couple of birthdays coming up in the next 2 weeks, looking forward to plenty of celebratory food and drinks. Whooppeee!
