Back track to sunday night ... My good chill out bud got hitched in grand style. After months and months of getting free pies on Pie Days from the in-laws' bakery at work, our commitment to this wedding has finally ended. No more invitations to design, photos to montage, interstitials to animate ... phew what a ride! It almost felt like we were part of the wedding too. Maybe that's why we kinda celebrated like we all got married. The whole work crew sat together, ate together, drank together. As the night wore on, the speeches all said and done, people leaving to prepare for work the next day, the rest of us were trying to get our bosses relatively drunk so as to be able to squeeze in a few hours of extra sleep for tomorrow. The crowd dwindled and the ballroom near empty, our table migrated to the dancefloor and boogied. There were catwalk struts, ridiculous dance-offs, inaudible yelling just as the beers started appearing from behind the kitchen doors. Woo-hoo! ... And our plan worked, as we parted from the hotel, we got granted a 12 noon arrival at work the very next day. Score! RECEPTION PHOTOS HERE.
