While my enormous-sized beads got alot of attention at lunch today, it was the rain that got everyone huddled close together under leaking umbrellas while eating our german sausages. Altho' the weather changed on us, the trip to the brewery in the valley was nice to get away from the city and breathe in some nice fresh (wet) air. Of course with a chocolate factory so close proximity to us, it was only sensible we stopped there for caffeine and sugar fixes. It's not often we get to eat from never-ending bowls of chocolate drops. It was a birthday celebration of one of the travel guys as well as a farewell to the housemate leaving for home next weekend. Which really means two things - ONE: i may have a new housemate soon, or TWO: if i score a great find, i might be living out the Carrie Bradshaw life of style and rent a great little apartment on my own. My preference is leaning towards option TWO which has been a very appealing idea for a long time coming. However it also means moving again! (i'm not a big fan of packing), less money for traveling next year and of course most importantly ... while my wardrobe space will increase in size, my budget for filling it up with be cut substantially! Decisions, decisions ....
