It just one of those weekends ... the ones where i have to go into work and then come monday, feel like it is wednesday. My social life have been put on a standstill lately with extra work coming thru' the door and remind myself of happy "lets think about the dosh coming in at the end of the tunnel" thoughts to get thru' the long nights. Tonight i tried to think back to the week that went and what i did that was kinda fun ... i came up with nothing. All i remember was friday night packing up at work and saying "Didn't we just have cocktails recently?" Yeah, that was 7 days ago ... gosh. Thankfully, my 2 crazy 'new channel 7 gameshow hopefuls' gal pals dropped in after their audition to help keep my sanity today with a well-earned coffee break at my usual cafe spot, with added sugar fix from a totally yummy new york cheese cake. Just thinking about doing it all over again tomorrow makes me wanna take multiple shots of tequila and pass out on the couch. The only thing worth staying sober for is meeting up with Stella and buying us some afternoon cupcakes and chai tomorrow.
