If you ever need a REAL hot chocolate, this is the cafe for you. A month ago a teeny weeny cafe opened up in a quiet street corner close to work. No one could know it was there except that I took the (work)dog for a walk one arvo and stumbled into it. It was heavenly decorated with antique tables, turkish fabric stools and an old church bench fitted perfectly inside (Where in hell do they find ONE church bench to buy?). There were homemade cakes and bread, organic eggs and bananas in baskets for sale, and of course most importantly a nice looking coffee machine. Since that fateful afternoon, I have been drinking their coffees regularly and always hmmmed and ahhhhed over the cakes. Over the long weekend I went back for a sit down and I dunno if it was because my ass was sitting on the church bench but I am converted! This place is gonna be my new caffeine hangout. So if i share this little gem with you all, promise me you will only take your favourite people there and keep it a secret between us all. We will share custody equally. Prices will be kept fair and decent, we never ever have to wait for a table, there's always enough cake to go around and parking will never a problem! Promise?
