My profiteroles are gaining a steady fan base at work. And it's probably one of the easiest pastry to make with a fool proof recipe from Martha. I'm so glad boys don't look at them and worry about it ending up on their thighs. They gooble, moan and shoot me a thumbs up. Five minutes later (on their second serving), the cycle repeats itself. I could never tire of that. I'm looking forward to this kiddie party on the weekend with promised fairy cakes and sweet treats galore. I'm looking forward to seeing fairy wings and sparkly tiaras. I'm also looking forward to the booze because this kid's party is for a grown up. If there ever was an excuse to eat (or drink) till you hit a sugar coma, it will be this one!
