It was a hilarious Friday Quiz Night at the Cannington Showgrounds. Hilarious because the average age of the 500 crowd demographic who attended remembered vividly what they were doing when Apollo 11 landed on the moon. So I sat thru' 3 hours of 100 questions beyond my limited wealth of general knowledge about facts from the last millennium. Thankfully I found myself useful and named Wolfmother correctly that one time. I think we were the only table to get that one right 'cos everyone chuckled at the answer. A far cry from my last Quiz Night filled with design peers and all drunk of of their minds. But this was fun nonetheless. And alot of useless motoring history I didn't ever need to know!

I also made a cheesecake, my 2nd for the week, for a dinner party last night. As usual, I cheated. It was made from a cake mix. But the strawberries and blueberries are all mine.
