Apparently there are many ways to screen a movie. There's the usual in the cinemas, there are the ones in a park (which i love), they have the rooftop ones over east and now they have attached a floating screen on a boat and called it Floating Films. They showed an anime favorite called My Neighbor Totoro last night and though I'm not a big fan of animations, this story had rave reviews from friends. I thought was both sweet and charming with excellent dubbing. Kids took a swim before the movie started, others preferred to watch it on the water, we were entertained by a musical French troupe while waiting for the sun to set. This pretty much sums up a perfect start to the long weekend ahead.
