This is what I've learnt after a summer of outdoor events:

- No matter how scorching hot the day is, nothing will prepare you for the dip in temperature after sunset. Come prepared or find your car seat covers a poor substitute.

- Coffee lines will make you miss the first part of the movie and then you lose your way back to your friends in the darkness so i bring my own flask now or buy this.

- If i drink, i will most likely fall asleep. Unless of course canons are firing at close range next to you.

- I still don't get opera. Who understands what they are singing about in that pitch? I guess if I understood them, it will be called a musical.
