Is this art imitating life or the other way around? I wonder how many boozy shenanigans have occurred along this alley after a big night out in Freo. If only the walls could talk! It's my favorite find so far. The weekend torrential downpour caused some flooding on the road leading out from the apartment, but i wasn't ready to spend the weekend in bed and listening to the pitta patta. I did what most clueless female drivers do ... held my breath as i drove thru the pools and prayed most of the machinery underneath the car is water-resistent. Today i tried some tangy thai sausages from a Buddhist temple food fair which tasted yum. Gratefully i only found out it was the long process of meat fermentation that causes the tang after i finished my mouthful. Why ruin the meat when all it takes is a squish of lemon?
