Just like fries dipped in choc sundae or pineapples soaked in soy sauce, the strangest combos can be the tastiest. Which is why I think they came up with THIS. I taste tested the unusual breakfast of choice and developed a bout of food envy looking down at my my plain ol' eggs benedict. This recipe was perfect for my leftfield taste buds. After our post-breakfast walk layered with beach salt and a wind headache, I retreated into a shopping centre armed with a tall iced coffee and (who would have taught) proceeded to hunt down a SciFi series tv boxset ... for myself.
