With nothing much to do on a sunday, i decided to try out a recipe i found weeks ago. It's profiterols but with cheese! Totally yummy and addictive. If anyone else want to try, here a LINK to the recipe. Lets compare notes.

I had a wonderful french meal last night that can only be described as a work of art. I was so hungry by the time it came to the table (2 hours later), my stomach made the executive decision to forgo the camera and my hands went straight for the knife. Then i made the waiter explain every cryptic dessert written on the menu in layman's terms and then proceeded to order ... a coffee. I swear it wasn't revenge. Pinky swear!
