AUSTRALIA DAY AT JEAN'S FLAT. What's Oz Day without fireworks and beer. That's exactly what we did this year. We gathered ourselves at Jean's flat so we didn't have to battle the crowds by the foreshore. The view was pretty good from the balcony and we had the comforts of toilets and sofas in a heartbeat. I made chocolate shake spiked with chocolate schnapps & longan jello. The night ended up with just chilling on the sofas long after the fireworks ended. I remember 'cos i had to work the next day. I was tired.
